Being a certified Military Sherpa Coach and practitioner of the 5 Voices framework enables Martin to guide leaders in understanding their strengths and enhancing team dynamics.

 

As a certified Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) facilitator, Martin focuses on improving self-awareness, conflict resolution, and trust-building. Additionally, Martin’s expertise as a Neurodiversity Facilitator allows him to create inclusive environments tailored to diverse thinking styles, ensuring all voices are heard and valued.
